    Wellness at Work

    The Work and Wellness initiative aims to leverage the APA Work In America Survey results and psychological science to underscore the significance of workplace well-being. As a psychologist who focuses on the work experiences of Black women in leadership and work, I find valuable insights into their effective and ethical strategies for preserving wellness in challenging environments, in a range of settings — health, education, consulting, military, higher education, and more. These insights guide us in navigating similar situations and play a pivotal role in transforming workplace cultures to promote WELLNESS For ALL.

    The 100 Psychologists Rising is an empowering campaign of Dr. Wendi Williams' presidential platform. 100 Psychologists Rising is deeply rooted in the transformative principles of movement work. Our goal is to forge a global alliance of psychologists, leveraging their local and psychological expertise to amplify the importance of wellness. We aspire to co-create pathways for access to wellness and emphasize the significance of regional cultural approaches in fostering well-being in diverse contexts. In this conversation, Drs.
