On She Been Ready! The Podcast, we invite Black women leaders and those that have direct experience with Black women’s leadership to learn their BWeLL praxis. The treasure is in their stories. 

Black women leaders from a range of industries and life backgrounds share their leadership journeys. They provide us with lessons they’ve learned along the way and in doing so help us to expand the leadership canon beyond limited ideas on what it means to be a good leader and who is able to be one.

Black women lead from an authentic space of care that is pragmatic, relational, wise, and unapologetically about love. That is also your way of being and a gift we create in community with one another.
